Endowment Charitable CD

What it is
The new Charitable CD is designed specifically for not-for-profit organizations and their supporters. This is an innovative way for you to create an "endowment" fund by allowing the interest earned on your Certificate of Deposit to be donated to Top Floor Learning.

Here's how it works
All you have to do is open your Charitable CD at Hampden Bank and tell them that you would like to donate to Top Floor Learning. The monthly interest that you earn on your CD automatically goes directly to Top Floor Learning in the form of a donation. You always retain ownership of the principal amount. At maturity, you can renew, donate, or retain the principal - the choice is yours. Donations may be used at Top Floor Learning's discretion. You will receive annual statements directly from Top Floor Learning for income tax purposes.
